Non Una di Meno 2019

The Transfeminst parade took the streets of Rome for the 4th time. Thousands of cis and trans women screamed the anger towards the violence and the discrimination in Italy. In 2019 142 women were killed by a men, the majority of those murders was executed in the familiar background ( an husband or a relative). The demostration was particularly focused on the association 'Lucha and siesta' issue. Lucha and siesta is a shelter for women wounded by phisical and verbal violence. They are occupying the offices belong to the Atac company that is asking back for the control of the building. The city of Rome risks to lose another space of freedom for women and their children.
